About the project

This 1880s gem started out as a dance hall in the "rowdy" part of town. It was later moved to the quiet side and was a wonderful family home for many years.  Craftsman motifs can be dark but that wasn't acceptable for this beach-loving owner.  Brightening up the space while staying true to its heritage unveiled the home's personality.
